This is applicable to all the services purchased from options Oracle website and/or any offline purchases.

Once paid, registration fees for the service is non-refundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her date of service, the registration is transferable to another date taken by Options Oracle, so long as the registrant provides us with at least five (5) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the registration.
